1. Product Description:
We, YouFirst Chairs Limited, provide riser recliner chairs and adjustable beds, both new and reconditioned. Detailed descriptions and specifications are available upon request. New products are guaranteed to be in brand-new condition, while reconditioned items are restored to a high standard and thoroughly inspected for quality.

2. Pricing:

• Prices are listed in the respective product listings and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

• VAT exemption is available for qualifying customers.

3. Ordering Process:
Placement: Orders can be made through our website, EBay, over the phone, or in person at our showroom. Home visits for consultation and ordering are also available.
Payment: Upon placing an order, payment will be processed using the preferred payment method.
Receipt: Once payment is confirmed, a receipt will be issued, detailing the transaction.

4. Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments in-store.

5. Delivery:

• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and location.

• We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Adjustable Beds: Expected delivery time frame is 1-3 weeks.

• New Riser Recliners: Expected delivery time frame is 3-5 weeks.

• Reconditioned Riser Recliners: Expected delivery time frame is 7-14 days.

• Delivery charges will apply and are calculated based on the delivery address and size of the order.

• Express options are available upon request for all products.

 
6. Installation and Setup:

• Installation and setup are included as standard with delivery.

• Our professional team will ensure proper installation and setup of adjustable beds and riser recliner chairs as part of our standard delivery service. This can be carried out by either our in-house team, the manufacturer's white glove service, or our trusted partner, Jigsaw Deliveries.

• We offer an express pallet to curbside delivery option for those who prefer a quicker delivery method.

7. Returns and Refunds:

• We are unable to accept returns on bespoke made-to-order products, including customized or specially made items tailored to the customer's specific requirements.

• We cannot accept returns of mattresses that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.

• Returns are accepted for non-bespoke items within 14 days if they are in their original condition.

• A handling fee of £145 will be applied to cover delivery, administrative, collection, and restocking costs for returned items.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, minus handling fees.

• Returns are only accepted from the person who purchased the item.

8. Warranty:

• New products come with a manufacturer's warranty and a 5-year limited Staingard protection plan, the details of which will be provided with the product.

• Reconditioned items are covered by a 12-month warranty serviced by Emmiera Group, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

9. Limitation of Liability:
We, YouFirst Chairs Limited, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products.

10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
